This file was initially tagged by RJaguar3 as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Underlying document appears to be authored by USPS, which means that the document is not a US Government work under 17 USC 105. Hence, it appears this image is an unauthorized derivative work. Discussion about licensing started on filetalk, should be continued here. Funfood ␌ 00:35, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
- The nominator said that USPS documents do not count as government documents under 17 USC 105. I was not aware of this. Is this the case? WhisperToMe (talk) 00:38, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
